How do I create new Folders and Sub-folders for QA Bank, Requests & Files Modules?

In Dasseti ENGAGE, Folders and Sub-folders facilitate effective categorization and retrieval of information.

Benefits of Organizing  Folders and Sub-folders

• Enhanced Organization: Structuring Q/A Folders and Sub-folders allows for better organization and easier navigation through the data.
• Improved Retrieval: This categorization aids users in quickly finding relevant information and responding to requests more efficiently.

Creating Folders

1. Access Settings: Navigate to Settings > Organization and Categories > Question Bank Folders.
   
2. Add New Q/A Bank Folder: Click on the "+" icon to create a new Q/A Bank Folder.

Creating Sub folders

1. Select Q/A Bank Folder: After creating a Q/A Bank Folder, click on the specific type you wish to add a Sub Folder to.
   

2. Add New Q/A Bank Sub-folder: Click on the "+" icon within the selected Q/A Bank Type to create a new Q/A Bank Sub-Type. These Sub-Types are also organized as folders, allowing for further categorization of questions and answers.

   (Users may add up to 4 layers of sub-folders).
