Dasseti provides the capability to create reports that draw content directly from Q/A Bank items.
Items contained in the Q/A Bank can be used to populate Word and PDF templates.
Each Q/A Bank answer is assigned a unique identifier, which allows users to efficiently insert answers into their report templates. In your report, you will simply input the corresponding identifier in place of where the answer is intended to go, while the rest of the report remains unchanged.

Steps to Create a Report (Note: the Report is Built off platform)
- Build or Select Your Report Template:
- You can either create a new report template in Microsoft Word (DDQ/Request/Ad Hoc) or use an existing one. Ensure that your template includes all static elements such as questions, introductions, and headings.

- Identify Q/A Bank Responses and Corresponding Identifiers:
- Navigate to the Q/A Bank section and identify the relevant responses you want to include in your report. Take note of their assigned identifiers.

- Input the Identifiers:
- In your report template, replace the placeholders for answers with the corresponding Q/A Bank identifiers.

- Upload the Template into Dasseti:
- Go to "Q/A Bank" → "Q/A Bank Report" and select the "Templates" tab.
- Click the "+" button to "Add Template." During the upload process, you can link the template to a specific product or company, as well as a specific Q/A Bank item (folder).
- Generate the Report:
- Once the template is uploaded, go to the Templates tab. Select the respective template and click the "More" button, then choose "Generate Report."
- Tick the "Use Template Style" to generate the template using the "Body Text" Paragraph format defined in the Template - and Select Yes/ No if you wish to save the Report in the Outputs tab.
- Once the template is uploaded, go to the Templates tab. Select the respective template and click the "More" button, then choose "Generate Report."
- Schedule Reports:
- Users can schedule the report (or multiple reports) from the Scheduling tab for automated delivery.
By following these steps, you can create comprehensive reports that leverage the dynamic content of the Q/A Bank, ensuring that your responses are accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently generated.
