How do I add a new Question and Answer item to the Q/A Bank?

1. Navigate to the Q/A Bank:
   • Use the left-hand navigation menu to access the Q/A Bank.
     
     
      
2. Click the “+” Icon:
   • Click the “+” icon (also referred to as the hamburger or More icon) in the bottom-right corner to begin creating a new Question and Answer item.
     
3. Enter Question and Answer Details:.
   • Enter the Question text and the Answer.

     • (Optional) Add Additional Details:

       • Tags: Add Question or Answer Tags to improve searchability.

       • Products: Link a Product to the Answer, if applicable.

       
       
        

4. Add Multiple Answers:
   • If needed, you can add different Answer versions for the same Question. (Each response can have different tags).
      
5. Add Another Question (Optional):
   • To continue adding questions, click on “Add Question” and repeat the process.
     
      
6. Save the Entry:
   • To save and add to Q/A Bank, click the "✓" Icon.
