This step-by-step flow provides clearer guidance throughout the process.

Once the required details filled up, click Next in the top-right corner. You will then be taken to Smart Identify, which automatically detects common themes in your document and helps structure it into sections, sub-sections, questions, and answers.

The updated layout groups all key fields and options clearly, making it easier to follow.
Stage 2: Design
Smart Identify analyzes your document and detects its structural elements.
To begin:
- Click on the part of the document you want to organize (e.g., section, sub-section, question, or answer).
- Select the appropriate classification option.
Best Practice:
Start by identifying sections and sub-sections before moving on to questions and answers. This top-down approach ensures a more accurate and organized structure.

Once you’ve selected the appropriate option, the platform will automatically scan the document and identify other similar elements based on the section you’re working with (e.g., sections
, sub-sections
, questions
, or answers
).
Manual Identification
If Smart Identify misses an item:
- Highlight the text manually
-
Assign it to the correct category

You can highlight entire blocks of text, including across line breaks or multiple paragraphs.
Updated Interface
- The identification panel is wider for improved readability
- Icons clearly distinguish sections, sub-sections, questions, and answers
- Reset options are now on the right-hand side
- Start Over has been moved to the top-left to avoid accidental clicks
Click Next when you are ready to continue.

Stage 3: Review and Autofill
In the final stage, you can complete the entire cycle of answering and reviewing the request before generating the final document to send back to the requesting company, you can:
- Preview the Request or Q/A Bank item
- Update the Title (Request name)
- Use Autofill where available
When everything looks correct, click Create.

After Creation
You will be taken directly to your newly created Request or Q/A Bank item, where you can:
- Review and edit the structure
- Complete responses
- Use Autofill
-
Generate the final output
