The Excel Import function allows users to design a request in Excel and then import it directly into the platform. Follow these steps:

Start a New Request:
- Select the ‘Add Request (+)’ option on the bottom right of the screen.
- Choose ‘Import.’

Download the Template:
- Download the example Excel template from the top of the ‘Create Request’ screen.

Use the Smart Scanner Tool

Scan and Import:
- The Smart Scanner Tool will analyze your document. Follow the on-screen instructions to map the content to the appropriate fields in the Q/A Bank.

Build Your Request in Excel:
- Use the provided template to structure your request:

Sections: Mention Sections and Sub sections using columns, followed by Questions and Answers.
Sections and Sub sections need to be mentioned only when a new section/ sub section needs to be created. Any underlying questions will be automatically attached to the above section/ sub section unless a new section/ subsection is mentioned. - Question title: Enter the question text in this field.
- Question Type Column: Complete the ‘Question Type’ column by selecting from the options in the dropdown menu. We recommend using the ‘Text’ option to ensure you can respond fully to all questions.

Import the File:
- Once your request is complete, drag and drop (or upload from files) the completed Excel file into the designated area in the ‘Create Request’ screen.

- After the file is uploaded, select ‘Create’ to finalize the import.
