How Do I Create a Request from Scratch?

To build a new request within the platform; follow these steps:

1. Start a New Request:

   • Select the ‘Add Request (+)’ option, then choose "Create from Scratch."
     
     
     

2. Template Building/Editor Homepage:

   • You will be directed to the template editor homepage. Here, you can either build your new request from scratch or customize existing requests.
     
     

3. Start Building/Editing:

   • To begin building (or editing) your request, press the edit button located in the upper right-hand corner. Once in edit mode, the right side of the editor will display the structure of the questionnaire, broken down by sections, subsections, and questions.
     
     
     

4. Adding New Sections and Questions:

   • In edit mode, you can add new sections or questions by dragging and dropping them from the left-hand side into the desired location using the six dots icon.
     
     
     

5. Deleting Sections and Questions:

   • To delete sections, subsections, or questions, select the checkbox next to the item on the left-hand side, then press the ‘Delete’ button at the top.
